This assessment looks at how quickly you gained role clarity, systems access, project context, useful relationships, commercial understanding and enough confidence to contribute. It can be used after joining a company, moving projects or stepping into a materially different internal role.

Answer based on what actually happened, not what the onboarding process was supposed to provide. There are no “good employee” answers here. The purpose is to identify friction in the system around you.

Company-level value

Aggregated onboarding data can show where new starters repeatedly lose time: access delays, unclear responsibilities, weak handovers, missing context, poor manager availability, inadequate commercial orientation or difficulty finding the people who actually know how the project works.

Privacy principle: individual answers stay private by default. Company reporting should use cohort thresholds and aggregated patterns so people can answer honestly without creating a personal performance record from onboarding feedback.
