BUILDIT · CONSTRUCTION FLUENCY
← Practice LabProgress & Retest
The point is not to collect assessment scores. It is to reduce friction in real construction work. Compare your baseline with a later retest, see what changed, identify what has become more automatic and decide what still deserves deliberate practice.
Your development cycle
Improvement should be demonstrated using new situations rather than repeating memorised questions.
Find the initial friction.
Target the weakest patterns.
Use it in live work.
Test transfer, not memory.
Compare diagnostic results
Pilot mode: enter the eight diagnostic dimension scores. Later these should load automatically from the member’s assessment history.
A production retest should use equivalent but novel scenarios, different wording, different speakers/images and shuffled interaction types.
