BUILDIT STUDENT INDUSTRY BASELINE
Establish your starting point.
This baseline separates understanding, exposure, reasoning and confidence. It is designed to guide what you explore next, not to label you as employable or unemployable.
Your draft is saved in this browser as you move through the assessment.
BEFORE YOU START
A private development baseline for students and new entrants
The 36 questions use role matching, sequencing, scenario choices, multiple selection and written articulation. Choose “I have not encountered this yet” when that is accurate. Honest uncertainty gives a more useful starting map than confident guessing.
Student context
Context questions are used to shape recommendations. They are not scored as capability.
Confidence is used to distinguish calibrated uncertainty from confident guessing.
REVIEW BEFORE SUBMITTING
Your responses are complete
The result is a starting point map across six dimensions. Written responses use a provisional transparent rubric in this static prototype and should later be replaced with validated scoring.
BASELINE COMPLETE
Your starting point map is ready
Use the result to choose role pathways, orientation chapters and beginner scenarios. Retake after a meaningful exposure change rather than repeating it immediately.
