BUILDIT STUDENT LEARNING AND EVIDENCE
Build evidence before you have a long job history.
Capture the context, what you actually did, the output, what the experience demonstrates and what you learned. Keep the record factual, private and free from confidential project material.
YOUR OWNED RECORD
Translate study and early exposure into credible evidence
A job title is not evidence by itself. A useful portfolio explains the situation, your contribution, the output and the limits of your responsibility. It should never imply that supervised student work was independent professional approval.
What can count as student evidence?
Use relevant experience without inflating the level of responsibility.
Coursework and capstones
Analysis, group projects, presentations, planning exercises, drawing reviews and written recommendations.
Placements and cadetships
Tasks completed under supervision, site observations, registers, coordination support and project exposure.
Work and volunteering
Customer service, scheduling, leadership, reliability, conflict handling, logistics and team contribution.
BUILDIT learning
Scenario responses, role comparisons, industry orientation and reflections that demonstrate improving judgement.
Add an evidence item
Describe your own contribution accurately. Do not paste confidential correspondence, drawings, commercial values or personal information.
